Dedicated space for dogs inside house optional
Outside-only dogs not permitted
Must provide contact access to water (water dishes only)
Intact males must be kept separate from intact females unless breeding
Combination of indoor and outdoor time recommended
Enrichment items must be available
Feed schedule at owner’s discretion (no vegan diets permitted)
Registration with vet recommended
A full health check should be completed by a vet prior to breeding, which will include a physical health test, a genetic test for common/likely ailments, and a behavioural test. Only once both dogs have been cleared can the dogs be bred (for commercial purposes).
