General Rules

1. An adult horse cannot be sold for less than $1,000 unless you run a rescue facility, where pricing is at your own discretion.
2. This pricing is only a guide and what is used in Evergreen Estate. You are free to set any price you’d like, just ensure you meet the minimum price.
3. If you scam another user (e.g. taking the horse without paying, taking the money without giving the horse, or giving an incorrect horse/information), you will be issued a warning and a fine on your first offense. A repeat offense will lead to a ban.
4. Foals can be sold for a minimum of $500, although pricing is at the seller’s discretion.
