Pricing for land registration can be broken down into multiple factors, which are as follows. These are subject to change at any time.
Your property’s distance from Evergreen Estate (and subsequently other properties) will affect how much you spend initially on Land Registration. Use the table below to figure out your base price:

The base pricing should be a minimum of $5,000 (half of the total registration fee may go to the nearest property owner as compensation if they wish).

Income can only be made by selling livestock products and produce privately to other players or at the farmer’s market in Glimmerside.
