A property can be divided into 3 main types: personal, public, and private. Both property types have their own rules and requirements that will affect how you can use them and failure to meet these requirements will result in a warning and demolition of the property. Unregistered Property

Unregistered property is defined as a personal piece of land that does not provide the owner with profit and impacts what the owner is able to do in Evergreen Estate and the surroundings. It does not require a registry with New Riverside’s Department of Agriculture (DoA), and as such does not require a fee. However, as it is not registered, you are not given an address. As such, you cannot:

  1. Rent part/all of the property, including subletting.
  2. Provide riding lessons on the property.
  3. Sell horses, livestock, or pets (including public and private sales).
  4. Provide boarding for another user’s horse, livestock, or pet.
  5. Hold competitions.
  6. Purchase/rent a retail space.
  7. Attend competitions.

This property must be more than 500 blocks away from the nearest player-owned property unless there is written consent from the owner. This property can include:
