Welcome to Evergreen Estate! We are an English equestrian center near the bustling town of New Riverside. Our current facilities include an indoor arena, an outdoor arena, homegrown grain and bales, 30 total stalls, and personal and shared pastures. More facilities are planned, including:

• 2+ trail rides
• 3 cross-country tracks
• Racetrack
• Second barn for more stalls
• More pastures
• More arenas

When you first move here, you will start with $1,000 that you are able to spend on land registration or at shops/auctions. You can earn more through employment (check Job Board for details of available positions) or by winning competitions held by barns such as Evergreen Estate. In New Riverside, you will find NR Real Estate, where properties can be rented, bought, or sold.

For your first week, you will receive free board for 1 horse and free rent at the nearby Inn. After this period, you will have 3 options:

1. Continue renting at New Riverside Hotel and pay board at Evergreen Estate
2. Visit NR Real Estate to find an available property for rent/sale
3. Begin building on a piece of land at no cost (please read Property Management for more details and restrictions)
