About

A type of public facility focused on hosting competitions. The showgrounds can be rented by anyone (for a fee) and are available for public use. Showgrounds can only offer one discipline (Western or English), but are free to offer any variety of events from their chosen discipline (e.g. cross country, barrel racing, dressage, etc.).

Requirements

1. Purchased & registered plot of land (see Property Management)
2. Land only used for competitions (i.e. competition barn does not provide lessons, boarding, etc.)
3. Land includes office space (with detailed records of competitions hosted)
4. Land includes guest stalls/paddocks/pastures or a suitable hitching area
5. [Optional] Land includes a warm-up arena for guests
6. Land is allowed to be used by the public for personal use
7. Competitions must follow Evergreen Estate standards (see Competition Standards)
